This is where we always begin any repair service!

 

Our tech will conduct a thorough testing of your machine to determine the functionality of all the components, not just the one that may be causing the most trouble at the moment. We will provide you with a clear and thorough diagnosis that comprehensivley covers your machine.

This comes at a flat rate of $60, and that amount is credited to the total cost of the repairs should you approve the services.

Standard Repairs: $60/hour 
Complex Repairs: $90/hour

 

*Complex Repairs are those requiring specialized expertise or detailed troubleshooting. We'll provide an upfront estimate and "up to (x) hours," limit for your approval if your machine requires one of these.

Parts are charged at average retail price + 10% to cover sourcing costs and ensuring compatability. 

 Examples of common parts cost (retail)

• Gaskets and O-rings: 1.00-25.00 depending on type and size.

• Pressure Gauges: 25.00-50.00

• Water Pump: 40.00-60.00
